What is a CSB-library?

Many multi-species conserved sequences (MCSs) within enhancers most likely consist of overlapping or adjacent binding sites for transcriptional regulators. MCSs consist of conserved sequences blocks (CSBs) averaging about 13 bp in length that contain overlapping binding sites for transcriptional regulators. CSBs are curated from enhancer EvoPrints by the EvoPrint parser program. EvoPrint parser also outputs reverse-complemented orientations of the CSBs. CSB-libraries represent collections of CSBs from functionally related enhancers. Links to our CSB-libraries are given below:
