  • Indicated for each enhancer is the name of the enhancer [for example deltaH1_1 as described by Beckers, et al (2000). Mech. Dev. 95: 23-34], sequential number of the CSB (for example 001 to 010 for deltaH1_1) followed by the direction of the sequence (F or R for forward and reverse-complement).
