EvoPrint parser

The parse program takes the output of EvoPrinter and converts it to a form that can be used by cisDecoder.

Instructions

Input the name of the fragments to be generated.

Paste the EvoPrint to be parsed in the window and select the parse button.

The program produces Conserved Sequence Blocks (CSBs) of 6 bases or more in forward and reverse directions

The output can be copy/pasted into word processor file and saved so that it can be subsequently used in cisDecoder alignment programs.
